Council removes memorial bench for PTSD-hit Royal Marine who took his own life at 44 after 'just six people' complained it was put up without permission

The family of former Royal Marine Corporal Tony Sutcliff designed a special Remembrance bench to be placed where his ashes had been scattered on Baildon Moor, West Yorkshire in 2021.
