Vegan passenger slams KLM after she was served fruit and nuts as hot meal on flight to Heathrow

Juanita Headley had been travelling 7,400km from Accra, Ghana to London Heathrow with airline KLM. She had opted for a hot meal on board but was served only fruit, nuts and a cold wrap, she claimed.
