Pupil attendance drops as more self-isolate due to possible contact with Covid-19 case

The Department for Education estimates 3.3 per cent of all pupils on roll, up to 264,000, did not attend school for Covid-19-related reasons on March 25, up from 2.5 per cent on March 18.
